Returns and Exchanges:
We want you to be satisfied with your purchase! However, we understand things can happen. If you are not happy with your unopened product, you can return it within 14 days of receiving your order for a full refund or exchange. Customer must present original receipt during refund or exchange.

No Returns on Opened Consumables: For hygiene and safety reasons, we cannot accept returns on opened or partially used products. This includes but not limited to oils, tinctures, gummies, CBD freeze, flower, or creams.

No Returns on any Used Accessories: If the accessory that was purchased has been used, we will not issue a return or exchange for that item due to hygiene and safety reasons.

Damaged or Defective Products: If the product you received is damaged or defective, please contact us within 24 hours of receipt, and we will issue a full refund or exchange.
